- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced (optional but recommended)
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 12 oz wide egg noodles
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Cook the noodles: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
